Responsibilities
Greet customers on-site and provide clear, upfront pricing
Close sales and schedule services on the spot
Remove unwanted items from homes, businesses, and job sites
Lift, load, and haul items safely and efficiently
Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
Keep trucks and job sites clean and organized
Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others
Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license
Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day
Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals
Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills
Preferred
