Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities
Support administrative functions within the HR department
Maintaining personnel records
Assisting in recruiting and onboarding processes
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Coordinating employee communications
Scheduling interviews
Updating HR databases
Processing paperwork
Assisting in employee training and engagement initiatives
Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling
Familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Solid computer and software knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and employees
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred
Experience in payroll or employee benefits coordination is a plus
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
