Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall testing process, including test planning, test case design, and test execution using selenium and java

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and strategies

Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using selenium and java

Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issue resolution throughout the testing lifecycle

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on selenium and java testing best practices

Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the organization

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues efficiently

Preferred

ISTQB Certification in Software Testing is preferred but not mandatory
