Qualification
Required
Commission-based sales/retail experience
One-on-one sales presentation experience
Ability to address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge
Deliver exceptional customer service
Engage with customers throughout the fitting process
Understand customer discomfort related to feet/knee/hip/back
Form connections with customers
Willingness to participate in a robust training program
Ability to become a Certified Arch Support Specialist through a 4-day, 1 on 1 training program
