New Grad, Entry LevelTriune Infomatics Inc is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional to ensure continuity of service during a staff absence. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and deploying workstations, replacing legacy equipment, and assisting with OS updates and software re-installs.

Responsibilities
Setting up and deploying new Dell workstations and ZBook laptops
Replacing legacy docking stations and monitors for agency staff
Inventory auditing, tagging, and organizing hardware
Assisting with OS updates (Windows 24H2) and software re-installs
Processing and organizing "salvage " (retired) equipment
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of PC hardware and Windows OS
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow specific work order instructions
Ability to lift/move desktop equipment
Ready to start for a quick hand-off this week
Preferred
Early mornings (starting at 7:00 AM) are preferred
Open to 2–3 full days or 5 partial days
