Responsibilities
Contribute to global founder scouting by researching target-rich networks, identifying potential founders, and conducting direct outreach
Lead outreach experiments to determine the most effective ways of converting high-potential founders
Own end-to-end execution of novel founder scouting approaches
Coordinate founder interactions with key Redesign Health stakeholders
Work closely with scouting operations leaders to improve the efficiency of our processes
Consolidating and analyzing founder assessments to support key decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of work experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally in healthcare, technology, or startup sectors
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Tech-savvy with experience managing process workflows
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in English
