Responsibilities

Perform general repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
Complete service requests and respond to on-call emergencies
Maintain property grounds, amenities, and building systems
Track and maintain tools and inventory
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Prior apartment maintenance or handyman experience
Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
