8+ years exhibiting excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
8+ years demonstrated ability in planning and accomplishing goals
5+ years managing and coordinating teams and projects within a multi-sourced vendor environment
5+ years independently performing complex tasks and leading other technical team members
5+ years of communicating and maintaining effective working relationships
Preferred
5+ years of experience with TxDOT systems
3+ years of hands-on technical software development experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of VSTS and JIRA
