Radar Systems Replacement Program Control Specialist
Crown Innovations, Inc. is searching for a Program Control Specialist specializing in radar system deployments to support the planning, execution, and oversight of radar system replacement programs throughout its lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring projects are executed efficiently by managing cost, schedule, risk, and performance while supporting project managers with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
Monitor and control project budgets, track actual vs. planned spending, and forecast financial performance
Create and maintain project schedules using tools like Oracle Primavera, Unifier, or Timberline Gold, and analyze schedule variances
Prepare regular reports on project status, including cost curves, milestone progress, risk exposure, and earned value metrics
Identify potential risks and recommend recovery plans to keep projects on track
Managing program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for radar system deployments
Coordinating with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of radar systems into existing infrastructure
Supporting the manufacture, 1st and 2nd Level Engineering Support, Depot support and fielding activities for complex radar systems delivered to the FAA
Maintaining compliance with technical standards and government regulations rated to the safe and efficient deployment on new radar systems into the National Airspace System
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
Experience in program controls, systems engineering, or radar system deployment. Familiarity with ASR, ATCRBS and/or Mode S systems, radar signal processing
Entry-level (Program Controls Specialist I): 3+ years of experience
Mid-level (Specialist II): 5+ years
Senior roles: 8+ years, often with leadership or strategic planning experience
Proficiency in project controls software, strong analytical and communication abilities, attention to detail, and experience with earned value management (EVM)
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
