Responsibilities

Perform page-by-page review of various documents to determine if personally identifiable information and other sensitive information are present
Review and evaluate documents to identify sensitive data elements and ensure they are properly flagged
Ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations by identifying and managing confidential or protected information
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies
Document and track all activities related to the account or project using the organization's designated software

Qualification

Document management softwareMS OfficeAttention to detailLegal experienceCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office including Excel. Strong excel skills are preferred

Preferred

Prior experience in a document review, legal, or administrative role is a plus
