Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team including a Production Scheduler and Purchasing Specialist
Collaborate with production and purchasing staff to develop and adjust production schedules, and ensure efficient communication and coordination
Manage inventory and procurement both domestically and internationally
Monitor performance metrics such as on-time delivery and throughput
Drive process improvements using Kaizen
Work with other departments—including sales, logistics, engineering, and the Customer Experience Center—to align production plans with business goals and quickly resolve operational issues
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with Production Planning, Supply Chain Management or related field
Proficiency in planning software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership skills and a track record of improving production efficiency
Ability to work on-site in Exton, PA
Preferred
Degree in business administration, engineering or related field
