Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the daily operations of wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding wastewater treatment
Oversee construction projects related to wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines and treatment facilities
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for wastewater systems
Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to support project implementation and operational readiness
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on wastewater treatment operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations or related utilities management
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in construction or wastewater treatment
Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and regulations
Familiarity with industrial wastewater treatment systems and pump station operations
Preferred
5+ years of water infrastructure experience preferably Wastewater Treatment plants
Experience on Heavy Industrial projects with Pump station experience
