Responsibilities
Design and manage operational initiatives, from incident management to project delivery, ensuring continuity and resilience in PayPal’s infrastructure
Coordinate and administer cross-functional meetings, bringing together diverse teams to align on assignments, project/team resources, budget, and timelines
Facilitate multiple small-scale projects via strategic planning to optimize infrastructure operations
Lead problem triage for major incidents, initiating and managing early responses, and coordinating follow-up actions for swift resolution
Continuously monitor project status, product quality, and alignments with technology budget
Drive ongoing improvements, ensuring processes are streamlined and meet performance standards
Develop and present reports to update stakeholders on project progress and infrastructure health
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, or a closely related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
Experience in facilitating virtual communication, meetings, and collaboration via Webex Teams (5 years)
Experience mitigating shared resources, workflows, and collaboration using SharePoint tools (5 years)
Experience with IT service management, ticketing systems, change management, incident management and adhering to SLAs in ServiceNow (5 years)
Experience creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge bases for projects in Confluence (5 years)
Experience managing contracts, executing service requests, and ensuring compliance (4 years)
Experience leading projects, ensuring milestones are met, and managing teams effectively (4 years)
Experience managing workflows, tracking project tasks, and ensuring efficient team collaboration using Jira (4 years)
Experience handling financial processes, task requisition forms, and procurement workflows (4 years)
Experience with CRM tools for sales tracking, customer management, and data analysis (3 years)
Experience with task management, collaboration, and project planning using Asana (1 year)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
