Program Manager, Recruiting Operations
Rivian is an automotive company focused on sustainable transportation, and they are seeking a Program Manager for Recruiting Operations. This role involves supporting the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition organization by managing recruiting systems, providing training, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
Ensure seamless use of recruiting systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for system users
Provision access and licensing for tools such as the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), LinkedIn Recruiter, HackerRank, and Indeed
Collaborate with the rest of the Recruiting Operations team and the People Systems team to implement and optimize recruiting systems, including the ATS and other recruiting tools
Provide basic reporting and auditing of data cleanliness to ensure data integrity of system
Maintain constant project and program support including but not limited to quarterly job description audits, pay transparency compliance, team newsletters, and managing the team inbox and calendar
Perform regular experience audits to ensure all recruiting programs, processes and workflows are running as designed
Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately to support the Recruiting Operations team
Onboard new members of Talent Acquisition and provide training on systems and process
Support skills development training for TA on new ATS features, AI tools, and recruiting systems to optimize usage and team efficiency
Lead training with Recruiting Operations and other stakeholders on current processes and change management for future system/process improvements
Build presentation decks and training materials for Talent Acquisition or the business as needed
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition organization and cross-functional partners to understand their needs and requirements
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external candidates regarding system-related inquiries
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on system or process changes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-paced corporate environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong aptitude for problem solving, learning, and adapting to the latest technologies and systems
Experience with recruiting processes and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in an environment with constant change and evolving priorities
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, People Systems, People Operations, Global Mobility, Enterprise Technology, and Legal
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
iCIMS experience is a plus
