Responsibilities
Research, define, analyze, develop, design, provide technical supplier management, test, and integrate mechanical and fluid systems to support power & thermal management systems
Includes engine performance modeling and analysis with installation effects, engine and controls integration, and internal flowpath analysis and design
Performs requirements definition in coordination with systems engineering
Supports propulsion system testing, production, and sustainment activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree
Experience and/or coursework in Propulsion
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Preferred
Programming Coursework (Fortran, Python, Matlab, etc.)
Physics and/or Thermodynamics/Mechanics coursework
NPSS Experience
CATIA Experience
Microsoft Office Skills - of particular importance: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project
