Responsibilities
Deliver MOD/SIM support to the OTC curriculum as required in Space Operations, Intelligence Operations, and Cyberspace Operations phases of instruction to include end-of-block exercises
Deliver MOD/SIM support to the development and execution of the 10-day OTC Graduation Exercise
Coordinate instructional activities with Contract Task Lead, and government supervisory personnel
Additional duties as assigned
Work on-site – minimal telework
Occasional swing shift work (if applicable)
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in C++ programming
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Active or current Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in relevant field. Six years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement
Minimum three years of experience managing modeling and simulation tools and building training scenarios
Preferred
Familiarity with U.S. Space Force-related Tactical Data Processors and applications – GCCS, Agile Client, PDS-M, TRS-Dashboard, and GIANT
Familiarity with AFSIM modeling and simulation tool
Familiarity with Systems Toolkit
Skilled communicator, experienced in providing platform instruction to an academically diverse audience of military, government civilian and contract personnel
Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or equivalent
Instructional System Design (ISD) experience
