Business System Analyst
Grandview Tek is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support technology and operations initiatives with a strong focus on service management platforms, data analysis, and operational reporting. This role involves analytical work, system support, and collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and support enhancements to a service management and portfolio management platform
Gather, validate, and document business and reporting requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
Support roadmap planning, dashboards, and operational reporting aligned to business priorities
Manage a ticketed support or request queue, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of requests
Partner with stakeholders to migrate and validate data from spreadsheets into enterprise platforms
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for operational and executive audiences
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems and reports
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
Prepare and present insights, recommendations, and status updates to business and technical audiences
Maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge resources to support ongoing operations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Consultant, or in a technology-focused support role
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM or equivalent portfolio/service management functionality
Strong experience with data migration and validation, particularly moving data from Excel into enterprise systems
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, transformation, and reporting
Intermediate to advanced experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
Experience supporting a shared inbox, queue, or ticketing system (non-phone based support)
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to communicate complex data and system concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Organized, process-oriented, and accountable for outcomes
Adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with service support or ITSM platforms beyond core system usage
Experience working in cross-functional environments including technology, operations, finance, and business teams
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with limited direction
