Responsibilities
Responsible for the leadership, execution and management of multiple sites and facilities
Direct and manage major manufacturing facilities machinery and equipment, including modification projects to insure on-time, on-budget, on-quality performance utilizing Project Management principles and Earned Value Management
Direct management responsibility of staff at various levels to include supervisors, engineers, and specialists/technicians
Develop, formulate, recommend, and implement overhead and capital budgets
Manage site awareness, communicate conditions, and recommend mitigation strategies for the operational activities to executive management
Qualification
Required
Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing Equipment, Machinery and/or Project Management
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of engineering and machinery repair
Cost/Schedule integration experience including estimating, forecasting and reporting
Prior leadership experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Engineering, Construction, and/or Machinery Maintenance
Experience leading represented/union employees
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, management at various levels and diverse populations
Leadership experience in a facilities organization with multiple site responsibility and demonstrated management experience comprised of one or a combination of the following areas: Facilities maintenance and plant engineering, Master Scheduling/Planning for multiple locations, Manufacturing, including additive manufacturing facility design and construction
