Responsibilities
FP&A Leadership: Lead the company-wide financial planning and analysis function, including the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Corporate Modeling: Build, maintain, and evolve the complex corporate financial model to support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation
Investor Relations Support: Drive the creation of materials for investor communications, board meetings, and external stakeholder communications, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic alignment
Organizational Build-out: Partner with the CFO to further build and scale the finance organization, including recruiting and mentoring future team members
Financial Analytics: Develop internal and external financial analytics and KPIs to track performance against strategic goals and manufacturing milestones
Process Implementation: Establish "hands-on" procedures for budgeting and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline across all departments
Strategic Partnering: Act as a key analytics provider to department heads, providing data-driven insights to optimize spending and drive operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a heavy emphasis on FP&A and corporate finance
Expert-level financial modeling skills with a proven ability to build complex, scalable models from scratch
A 'hands-on' approach with the ability to navigate both high-level strategy and granular data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear narratives for investors and the Board
Proven ability to build functions and teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to integrate AI tools and data analytics techniques and translate complex outputs into actionable business strategies
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams and driving organizational growth
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and specialized financial planning or ERP software
