They are seeking a Systems and Solutions Intern to support the Treasury department by evaluating, documenting, and testing systems, as well as assisting with automation and process improvement projects.

Responsibilities
Assists in the evaluation, development, implementation, and maintenance of new or enhanced processes, systems, and reports
Works with staff to understand the business and its associated operational and reporting-related challenges. Identifies and analyzes strengths and weaknesses of operational processes and visuals to determine opportunities for enhancement
Researches, develops, and implements analyses and projects that support and improve Treasury processes
Prepares a presentation for Executive leadership as a cap stone
Performs other routine office duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Knowledge at a level normally acquired through completion of the first three years of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university – preferably in a relevant field of study (i.e. Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Math, or Statistics). Completion of graduate-level coursework a plus
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
High degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and independence to produce effective and timely work
Effective verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with internal contacts
Preferred
Proficient Tableau and/or Power BI skills, portfolio or project examples preferred
Experience utilizing R, SQL, Python and/or Snowflake a plus
Preferred SharePoint and Dev Ops exposure
