Responsibilities
Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins aligned with project specifications
Implement responsive, accessible, and performant front-end components
Collaborate closely with designers and other developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
Translate Figma designs and wireframes into modular, reusable blocks (Gutenberg or ACF or similar)
Support content migration and integration with third-party APIs
Test, debug, and document code to ensure quality and maintainability
Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful feedback to peers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional web development experience, with a strong WordPress focus
Proficient in custom theme and plugin development, ACF or Gutenberg blocks, and template hierarchy
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript/Typescript, and web animation using CSS and Javascript
Understanding of accessibility, performance, and responsive design
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and reviewing peer code
Experience with Git workflows, build tools (Vite, Webpack) and JIRA
