The Customer Data Management Technician plays a critical role in managing the flow of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul operations by ensuring accurate and timely induction of incoming repair orders into the production system.

Responsibilities
Review incoming repair purchase orders for accuracy and information completeness. Works closely with customer support team and planning team
Ensure incoming repair orders are processed and inducted into operations correctly and in a timely manner
Create appropriate sales orders in SAP to support the repair purchase orders
Identify appropriate work scope and assign corresponding tasks list to SAP work order
Print work orders/routers and match with corresponding parts
Provide backup and/or support other team members within the department and serve as a resource on several topics
Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position
Perform all other duties as assigned including working extended shifts/overtime as required by the business
Qualification
Required
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
