Responsibilities
Territory Ownership: Build, manage, and grow an assigned territory
Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities from prospect to close
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a strong local presence through outbound communication, networking, events, and partnerships
Full Sales Cycle: Deliver tailored demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Market Expansion: Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for territory growth and future expansion
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align strategies, share insights, and maximize client success
Travel: Approximately 70% travel within your territory to build and maintain client relationships
Qualification
Required
Proven success in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a local/community focus
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Self-starter with resilience and a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70%
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as this role requires frequent in-person visits to client locations
