Attention to detail, audit consumer loan documents received from branches and dealers for processing and
Verify home ownership though review of property
Knowledge of Trusts, Power of Attorney, county property information, UCC filings
Strong communication skills with the ability to work between several contacts
Basic understanding of consumer loans products and
Basic knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position is
Follows and leads with the Bank’s core values
Follows the Bank’s policies and procedures

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
3-5 years of customer service
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of administrative functions and best practices
Strong information management, organization, planning and detail orientation
Demonstrated initiative, reliability, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively
Professional personal presentation; proper manners, and etiquette
Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software
Solid word processing and computer database skills with accurate keyboarding at 30+ wpm
