Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of building maintenance, including light plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, furniture assembly, snow removal, equipment repair, preventative maintenance and painting
Qualification
Required
Previous Painting and spackling experience a MUST
Maintenance/repair experience
Skilled in one or many of the areas noted above (light plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, furniture assembly, snow removal, equipment repair, preventative maintenance)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Kind, patient and compassionate demeanor when encountering residents, management, family members and guests
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads and juggle many hats at the same time
Must have a stable work history and solid references
A minimum of a high school diploma is required
Preferred
Experience working in a hotel, apartment complex, residential community, assisted living community or skilled nursing facility
Some college or advanced training
