Shape product vision and influence roadmap direction
Own backlog creation, prioritization, and refinement
Write clear user stories with strong acceptance criteria
Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and cross-team collaboration
Serve as the main point of contact for developers, customers, and stakeholders
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and break down complex initiatives
Use data to guide decisions and monitor product performance
Translate customer feedback into actionable requirements
Partner with technical leadership to evaluate solution options
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
7+ years relevant experience
Strong product ownership, agile delivery, and communication skills
Proven ability to drive clarity, prioritize effectively, and deliver customer-centric value
Preferred
Transportation industry is highly advantageous
