They are seeking a Senior Environmental Designer / Project Manager to consult on and manage projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure effective communication across teams while integrating sustainability strategies into their work.

Responsibilities
Independently and proactively plan and manage projects from start to finish
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service
Coordinate with design and contractor teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Lead client presentations, design charrettes, and internal team meetings
Collaborate with Atelier Ten’s technical analysis teams to integrate sustainability strategies into your projects
Forecast project fees and resources, and manage budgets effectively
Author and review project deliverables, including reports, memos, technical studies, and drawings
Create compelling graphic illustrations to communicate technical concepts across our consulting practices
Work on a diverse range of projects within the built environment, including institutional, commercial, and residential buildings, as well as large-scale masterplans
Partner with Atelier Ten’s integrated design groups to support services such as environmental design consulting, daylight and façade analysis, and benchmarking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or higher degree in a field related to environmental building design, architecture, architectural engineering, and/or building science
5-10 years' professional experience in an architecture, engineering or sustainability consulting firm
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
Effective time and budget management capability
Strong technical and business writing skills
Good verbal and inter-personal ability
Preferred
LEED, or WELL AP with specialty certification preferred
Experience with software such as 'R,' Grasshopper, Radiance, Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, IES, D3, or data visualization would be desirable
Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino or graphics software (Adobe Illustrator and InDesign) a plus
