Responsibilities

Support our Defense health organization

Leverage data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from healthcare data

Support critical decision-making within the military and defense healthcare systems

Enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and optimize resource allocation within a defense health context

Work on projects for military healthcare

Support clients in the transformation of healthcare systems and large data platforms

Assist in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes to evolve military healthcare programs

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field

Experience with OCONUS / Global Program Management and with DoD IT systems maintenance and enhancements

2-3+ years of DoD work experience

5-7+ years total work experience in Business Intelligence

Advance knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and other business intelligence tools

Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets

Statistical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills

Ability to quickly transition and reassess priorities to meet aggressive deadlines

Preferred

Knowledge of Defense Health and MHS customer space

Preferred experience with Qlik and Databricks

Preferred knowledge of Python, SQL, JSON, and HTML
