Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data conversion for Public Cloud implementations
Define and execute data migration strategy, timelines, and cutover plans
Perform source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation
Design and manage migration templates, staging tables, and mapping rules
Execute ETL processes using SAP Data Services
Load master and transactional data using SAP LTMC
Ensure data quality, cleansing, and governance compliance
Partner with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure accurate migration
Support testing cycles and final production cutover
Qualification
Required
10+ years of SAP data migration / data conversion experience
Proven experience as a SAP S/4HANA Data Conversion Lead
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (ETL)
Strong hands-on experience with LTMC
Strong hands-on experience with source-to-target mapping
Strong hands-on experience with data validation and reconciliation
Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise SAP S/4HANA migrations
Strong understanding of data governance and compliance
