Signet Jewelers is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Seasonal Data & Shipping Associate to support their holiday volume surge. The role involves accurate order processing, data entry, and timely shipping to meet demand during the busiest season.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter customer and order data into internal systems
Validate order details, shipping addresses, and service specifications
Troubleshoot and correct data inconsistencies
Prepare outgoing packages for domestic and international shipping
Print shipping labels, customs forms, and track shipments
Coordinate with carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) for pickups
Inspect items before packaging to ensure completeness and accuracy
Document and report discrepancies to supervisors
Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status
Provide updates on shipping delays or issues

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or data entry roles
Familiarity with carriers and shipping software
