Responsibilities
Full-cycle accounting for multiple entities and properties
Monthly close, financial statements, and balance sheet integrity
Leadership, mentoring, and development of the accounting team
Financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
GAAP compliance, audits, and tax coordination
Process improvement and internal controls as the portfolio grows
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
Experience leading or managing an accounting team
Strong operational accounting background (not audit-only)
Multi-entity accounting experience required
Preferred
Hospitality, real estate, or property management experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills; systems experience a plus
