They are seeking a Document Quality Specialist to support the implementation process for their Policy Product by completing requests for new document conversions and reviewing provider data for accuracy.

Monitor customer requests and prioritize tasks accordingly
Create, convert, and review documents for quality assurance
Assign data entry tasks to support new applicant requests
Review completed data entry to ensure accuracy
Assist with process improvement and quality-based projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Superb attention to detail and organization skills
Aptitude to understand and explain software systems and new processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to commute to Carmel, IN on Mondays and Wednesdays
Sincere interest in healthcare technology
A knack for working mostly independently, occasionally collaborating with team members when needed
