Responsibilities
Support EUEA and deployment teams as a content development and Section 508 compliance SME
Perform technical editing of pre-deployment documents and materials
Conduct Section 508 compliance reviews in accordance with federal accessibility standards
Manage pre-deployment content development efforts, including events and activity materials
Track project cost, schedule, performance, and risk, escalating issues as needed
Apply project management methodologies across the full project lifecycle
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to content readiness and compliance
Collaborate with communications and accessibility SMEs across the program to ensure consistent compliance
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience
Demonstrated experience managing Information Technology–related projects
Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
Experience tracking costs, schedules, and performance metrics
Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical/scientific discipline
Preferred
Experience working with the Veterans Affairs (VA)
Experience in implementing electronic health record systems
