Responsibilities
Assist with daily maintenance and repair tasks for apartment homes, common areas, and community amenities
Help complete work orders involving basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance maintenance under supervision
Support apartment make-ready processes, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
Assist with groundskeeping, trash removal, and seasonal upkeep
Maintain clean and organized maintenance shop and work areas
Follow all safety procedures and properly use tools and equipment
Interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent GED
Valid Driver's License
Experience with summer/part-time jobs involving repairs, upkeep, or physical labor
Basic familiarity with hand tools and the ability to perform simple physical tasks
Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
Team player who possesses strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work at our residential properties based in Lancaster, PA
Preferred
Currently enrolled in technical/ vocational program
Exposure to construction, facilities, landscaping, custodial work, or trade coursework
