Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
Provide technical oversight and review of engineering designs and plan sets
Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and public agencies
Support proposals, Statements of Qualifications, and client presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
8+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure or water and wastewater engineering
Experience managing projects, budgets, and schedules
Experience mentoring or leading junior staff
Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working with municipalities and utility districts
Experience presenting to City Councils or Boards
Experience with proposals and business development activities
