Responsibilities

Tracking material, keeping the job sites clean and organized for efficiency and safety purpose
Consulting manuals, read, interpret and use complex electrical schematics and blueprints to plan work scopes, install requested improvements, and troubleshoot and correct problems
Ability to use technology i.e. basic computer literacy, ability to use trade tools and meters to perform the work
Attend site daily and travel up to 2 weeks at a time with short notice and flexibility to work on weekends and overtime
Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC)
Layout and assist in the assembly of solar modules / array, mounting hardware, and electrical equipment

Required

Solar or construction experience 0 - 3 years
Lift 50 lbs. from ground and pull 50 lbs. of force, maintain a standing position for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions work off ladders, man lifts or reach booms
Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling and conduit pulling
Fully squat, stoop or kneel while wearing a 25 lbs. tool belt
Must have a valid driver's license and must be insured
Ability to work in challenging environments (hot sun, cold, wind, tight spaces, etc.), capable of standing for long stretches of time and working at heights (on rooftops, climb ladders and stairs)
Ability to safely handle tools and materials commonly found in construction and solar industries, such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards and other similar electrical equipment
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including but not limited to peers and customers
