Responsibilities

Bring deep, direct experience standing up and operating a captive preferably in the auto, industrial equipment, tech. / fintech sectors
Demonstrate strong knowledge and operational experience across core captive functions including but not limited to Dealer Credit Management, Product Management, Originations, Servicing and Collections etc
Provide subject matter expertise with captive operations, drawing on practical experience to identify key process, compliance, and performance levers
Drive client conversations and sessions with client executives to capture business objectives, current pain points, and expectations for the captive solution
Support build and articulate compelling, data-driven business cases for captive formation and enhancement; translate findings into actionable recommendations and client-ready deliverables
Advise on the technology ecosystem required for captive operations, including platform selection, integration needs, and IT security
Understand the cost structure and functional strengths of leading captive software partners; conduct cost/benefit analysis addressing core platforms and solutions
Drive weekly status updates and weekly reporting for internal and client reviews
Draft deliverables including feasibility reports, executive summaries, recommendations, and presentation materials for client reviews

Required

Intermediate (3-5 years experience)
