Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, validate, and maintain protocol‑specific clinical data management databases using InForm GTM, Central Designer, and Oracle
Create and maintain mock eCRFs, Data Management Plans (DMPs), Data Validation Plans (DVPs), and essential data management documentation
Conduct development testing and UAT, generate validation documentation, and manage post‑production database modifications
Provide technical support for protocol‑specific databases, including logging, tracking, and resolving issues across clinical projects
Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, and technical teams while ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, GCP, GCDMP, and industry data standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of clinical database development experience
Hands‑on experience with InForm GTM, EDC systems, Central Designer, and Oracle
Experience providing data management oversight and technical end‑user support
Experience reviewing SOPs, policies, and validation documentation
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with MRDC's in‑house CRDMS is a plus
