Assist associates with various customer service issues
Ongoing improvement and support of all aspects related to clientling
Ongoing performance management to ensure goals are consistently being met
Demonstrates leadership and leads by example
Assists in implementation and execution of the store’s strategic business plans
Assist in developing store as according to brand’s overall objectives
Partner with Shop Manager to carry out buying office directives to ensure proper merchandise mix and sell thru’s
Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rate within company standards by regularly following up with operations and executing applicable initiatives
Enforce merchandise standards as set forth by visual department
Maintains and communicates strong product knowledge
Consistently upholds brand’s image
Consistently partner with Shop Manager to network with market competition to assist in staffing and recruiting
Supervise store personnel and enforce all department store policies
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, peers, supervisors and NY office
Assist in developing, training, and continuously motivating sales team
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Enjoys meeting and interacting with customers
Proficient computer skills
Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required
Preferred
RTW and/or shoe experience is a plus
Product experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred
