Customer Service Specialist
Waggle is a company focused on providing excellent customer support for their e-commerce operations. The Customer Service Specialist will manage all inbound communication related to online orders and serve as the primary problem solver for customers.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquires related to online orders via email and phone
Help identify opportunities to improve customer communication, FAQs, policies or internal workflows based on real customer feedback
Maintain details and organized records of customer interactions, orders and resolutions within customer service systems
Process returns, exchanges, refunds and order adjustments in accordance with company policies while maintaining a positive customer experience
Handle all returned packages including unboxing, identification and inspection
Update systems to accurately reflect returned items ensuring accurate warehouse inventory counts
Collaborate with fulfillment, e-commerce and retail teams to resolve shipping issues, inventory discrepancies
Identify recurring customer questions, order issues or process breakdowns and communicate insights to internal teams
Support Waggle sponsored events as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable lifting and moving packages weighing 40+ lbs and alternating between sitting and standing throughout the shift
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Prior customer service experience
Comfortable in dynamic, fast-growth environments with changing priorities
Familiarity with warehousing, order tracking and inventory platforms like shopify, ship station and Power BI
