Responsibilities
Input and audit production data, inventory adjustments, and cycle counts in ERP; explain variances and train personnel on proper procedures
Assist with monthly close tasks, prepare journal entries, generate reports, and complete reconciliations under US GAAP and SOX controls
Handle customer invoicing, accounts payable, special projects, and routine clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
Interact with various departments to gather accounting data, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy across processes
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1-2 years of accounting experience, preferred in Manufacturing environment
Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods as needed
Preferred
Proficiency in using ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards is an advantage
