The role involves providing expert grants management support services in compliance with government regulations and policies.

Responsibilities
Provide off-site grants support services in conformance with Government regulations and policies
Plan and carry out all activities related to the highly complex aspects in Federal grants management
Provide expert technical advice and consultation in all grants management areas including pre-award, post-award, and price/cost analysis
Implement new developments and provide policy interpretation to program managers and other leadership staff
Qualification
Required
A minimum of six years of direct Federal grants experience
A bachelor's degree
Thorough knowledge of the Federal Assistance practices and policies
Expert understanding of the full grant lifecycle
Expert knowledge of the application of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards
Ability to provide expert technical advice and consultation in all grants management areas including pre-award, post-award, and price/cost analysis
Mastery knowledge and skill of concepts, principles, policies, procedures, and practices to plan and carry out all activities related to Federal grants management
Preferred
Direct experience supporting Federal agencies and Federal competitive grant programs
Knowledge and familiarity using systems such as ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions
Knowledge of and familiarity with Federal construction grant programs and infrastructure projects
Proficient with using available Microsoft technology, such as Lists, SharePoint, and other software such as Outlook and technology such as shared network drives
Familiarity with Google products
