Finance Manager

Responsibilities
Manage the Monthly/Quarterly close activities, forecast, variance analysis, reporting, and ad hoc responsibilities for OPEX
Work closely with business partners related to Engineering OPEX & HC budgeting/forecasting, approval, tracking and reporting
Assist in implementing process, system and tool improvements that enable reporting efficiencies
Build monthly reporting packages for the CAG functional leaders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics) with 6-8 + years of experience in Business or Finance
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Ability to actively handle competing deliverables to meet business commitments
Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly
Strong team player capable of dealing with complex issues and fostering a positive work environment
Highly motivated self-starter who is adaptive and dedicated
Experience working cross-functionally with various business units
Familiarity with financial planning systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus
