Operations Coordinator
Enterprise Risk Associates is a growing insurance brokerage that integrates newly acquired agencies into a unified operational structure. The Operations Coordinator role involves supporting the VP of Operations with onboarding tasks, coordinating system setups, and maintaining organized internal operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding and integration tasks for acquired agencies
Support Applied Epic setup, training coordination, and task tracking
Prepare and submit carrier updates and documentation
Track follow ups, deadlines, and open items across teams
Maintain organized digital files and shared documentation
Coordinate follow ups between team members and corporate operations
Assist the VP of Operations with tracking updates and task organization
Provide general office support and vendor coordination
Support ongoing standardization and cleanup projects
Handle confidential information professionally
Qualification
Required
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to learn new software quickly
Comfortable with digital tools; SharePoint is a plus
Clear, professional communication and reliable follow through
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
2 years of Insurance experience is REQUIRED
Must be local and able to work on site daily (with Fridays remote)
Preferred
Interest in earning a P&C license is welcome but not required
