Technical Product Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead Watchtower customer demonstrations and customer exercises virtually and on-site
Support Product Sales strategy from a technical standpoint
Support International Sales Strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field
An advanced degree (MBA or relevant master's) is a plus
Equivalent technical experience combined with demonstrated success in technical product sales may be considered in lieu of a specific degree field
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while still ensuring high quality of work
Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize work and work autonomously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail and presentation
Results driven, highly efficient, energetic and highly motivated
Must be a US citizen
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Preferred

Prior experience supporting the sale of SaaS products
Prior experience supporting International Sales a plus
Possess expert knowledge of current Cloud and LAN/WAN technologies and protocols, including wired, wireless and cellular connectivity solutions, VPN solutions, VLANs, subnetting, and VoIP solutions
Strong knowledge of switching and routing protocols and methodologies, including IP provisioning, IP traffic redistribution, route filtering, load-balancing, multi-link trunks/port-channels, virtual port channels, and access lists
Comprehensive knowledge of current network security technologies, products and methodologies
Knowledge of virtualization technologies
Knowledge of networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, load-balancers, and wireless network controllers
Knowledge of Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK) software ecosystem, Cisco ASAs, AWS cloud services, Watchtower MDM, and cyber security scanning protocols
5+ years of related Network Engineering experience
Experience with server management, LDAP, application plug-ins, federation connections and mobile management
CompTIA Security+ certification and/or meet relevant 8570/8140 requirements, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, CCNA certification
Knowledge and experience with Cisco AnyConnect VPN and ASAv
Knowledge and experience with Tactical Awareness Kit (TAK) software applications, specifically TAK servers
Understanding of network virtualization concepts as it relates to the datacenter (e.g. presenting networks to hosts, edge trunks, interface mapping)
