Oversee the preparation and accuracy of regulatory reporting specific to property and casualty insurance to ensure compliance with National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) standards
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial systems that support the reinsurance programs
Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with reinsurance
Enhance financial models and develop strategies to improve fiscal benchmarks and enhance corporate profitability linked to reinsurance activities
Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and contribute to their professional development
Qualification
Required
