Responsibilities
Conduct routine and emergency service calls to troubleshoot, replace, and/or repair equipment
Proctor, coach, and teach other technicians
Deliver high-quality customer support and provide instructions on system operation and functionality
Perform system testing and signal verification
Maintain necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools)
Utilize technical resources and materials for efficient task execution
Ensure progress and completion of tasks
Document service activities and hours worked
Complete and submit all task-related documentation promptly
Maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Undertake additional projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training
Three (3) or more years of experience
Mastery in troubleshooting commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems
NICET II minimum
Thorough knowledge of local/national codes
Proficient in using test equipment such as multimeters, battery analyzers, and decibel meters
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Preferred
Banking experience in handling locks, vacuum tube systems, alarms, cameras, safes, time clocks, and vault inspections is a plus
