Responsibilities

Lead projects from early planning through final delivery, ensuring alignment with creative direction, budget, timeline, and client objectives
Evaluate feasibility during concepting and partner with Creative Director, Strategy, and Account teams to scope production needs including early risk forecasting and mitigation planning for permitting, weather, location availability, talent conflicts, or logistical constraints
Create production plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent projects
Serve as line producer for assigned productions owning budgets, cost tracking, and all financial decision-making
Review bids, negotiate rates, and manage vendor, talent, location costs ensuring all production choices stay within budget while maintaining creative integrity
Recommend production efficiencies and asset optimizations based on creative and budget parameters
Hire and manage individual crew members (DPs, ACs, Gaffers, HMU, Wardrobe, Production Assistants, etc.) with the ability to scale teams appropriately between large commercial productions and smaller social/creator-led sets
Source, negotiate, and manage external production companies, directors, editors, stylists, and specialty vendors when needed
Secure equipment rentals, permits, locations, insurance, and all production logistics
Run pre-production meetings, ensuring alignment across creative, production, post, and client teams
Build and maintain production books, shot lists, storyboards, timelines, and all pre-production materials
Oversee casting, talent coordination, and deliverable tracking across internal and external partners
Lead on-set production as the senior point of contact managing crew, workflow, schedules, and safety
Ensure the creative vision is protected throughout production and communicate changes quickly and clearly
Troubleshoot issues in real time, adjusting plans and resources as needed
Work with the Postproduction Manager to select editors, define workflows, and establish review timelines
Manage edit rounds, track client feedback, and ensure all revisions reflect creative direction and brand guidelines
Oversee music cues, rights clearances, quality control (QC), and final delivery of assets across all platforms
Support the creation of ad creative adaptations, social cutdowns, sizzle reels, and creative case studies, ensuring final assets are polished and strategically aligned
Deliver wrap materials, reconciliations, reports, legal releases, cue sheets, and final production books
Ensure footage, drives, and final assets are archived properly and shared with all internal teams
Stay current on social platform trends, creator formats, and digital storytelling styles to inform production decisions and asset development
Contribute to post-mortems and case studies to support continued process improvement

Required

3+ years of production experience in branded content, commercial, social/digital, sports, or entertainment
Proven line producer experience, including budgeting, cost tracking, hiring crew, and running on-set operations
Experience producing for both sports and entertainment - athletes, creators, celebrities, or sports-adjacent talent
Strong understanding of creator-led social content, digital-first production, short-form and long-form storytelling
Ability to anticipate and mitigate production risks, including permitting constraints, weather impacts, location feasibility, and talent scheduling
Experience creating or overseeing ad creative adaptations, sizzle reels, and campaign case studies
Deep knowledge of U.S. Hispanic cultural dynamics, media behaviors, generational shifts, and bi-cultural storytelling
Up-to-date awareness of social media trends, formats, and platform behaviors relevant to sports, entertainment, and branded content
Visual versatility with the ability to transition seamlessly between big-budget commercial shoots and smaller, high-velocity social productions
Experience managing multiple productions simultaneously and navigating tight deadlines
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with experience in client-facing environments
Experience working directly with clients and supporting creative teams
Understanding of post-production workflows, editorial processes, and digital/social deliverables
Knowledge of post-production workflows, editorial timelines, and multi-platform deliverables
Ability to foster a positive, collaborative culture across high-performing multidisciplinary teams
Thrive under ambiguity and adapts quickly to shifting client or platform demands

Must be willing to work from office in New York or Miami and travel as needed for production
Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to think, write, present, and communicate seamlessly in both languages (spoken and written proficiency required)

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred

Experience working with sports leagues, teams, major sporting events, athletes, or entertainment talent
Experience producing documentary-style, episodic, or behind-the-scenes sports/entertainment content
Familiarity with Hispanic/multicultural audiences and bilingual content strategies
Experience with high-velocity or real-time content creation, especially during live sports
Recognition or awards for multicultural or bilingual campaigns
Strong knowledge of soccer and global sports culture within U.S. Hispanic communities
Spanish fluency (spoken and written)
Passion for sports culture beyond the game — including music, fashion, food, humor, and community
AI prompting experience to assist with ideation, mood boards, visual references, or workflow efficiencies
Experience working with creators and talent in fast-turn digital environments
