Responsibilities
Manage up to a dozen operational and financial reporting workbooks, spanning sales, wholesale, shipping, subscriptions, and marketing
Maintain and improve the reporting routines behind these workbooks, ensuring accurate daily, weekly, and month-end insights
Prepare and present brief PowerPoint updates on a regular basis, delivering clear, accurate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams in both in-person and virtual settings
Partner cross functionally with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and turn reporting into actionable business insights
Take an ownership role in supply chain forecasting, wholesale strategic planning, month end reporting, and the annual budgeting process
Support company research and development efforts by identifying new opportunities, trends, and risks based on sales, customer, and channel performance data
May be trained as cash management, accounting, etc., as business needs allow
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Ability to work confidently in existing, complex workbooks, navigate multiple tabs, understand and update formulas, and handle data imports/exports
Experience working with finance data from web-based sources: Comfortable exporting reports, pulling CSV files, and importing data into Excel
Formal education or coursework in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and presentation skills to provide your analysis regularly to leadership and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Prior experience in retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is a plus!
