Supported Employment Specialist

Cornerstone Montgomery empowers people living with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders to live, work, and integrate successfully into the community. As a Supported Employment Specialist, you will provide vocational supports, network with local employers, and assist clients in maintaining employment.

Network with local employers to educate them on hiring incentive benefits
Assists clients in maintaining employment by frequent visits to the work site

Required

The use of a personal vehicle to assist clients as needed is required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences preferred
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience can be substituted
